Abstract

Instilling religious and moral values among elementary school students This forms an important foundation for the development of the personality of the nation's generation. One effort that can be made is through the introduction of Asmaul Husna, which not only introduces the attributes of Allah SWT but also contains moral values that are manifested in daily life activities. This study aims to describe the strategy of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) teachers in introducing Asmaul Husna and its effectiveness in shaping the moral attitudes of students at SDN 157 Palembang. The research methodology used is a qualitative approach using interview, observation and documentation techniques. The results of the study showed that the school implemented a strategy of routine pronunciation at zero o'clock, habituation in religious activities, and explanation of the meaning and implementation of the attributes of Asmaul Husna in students' lives. This strategy is considered effective in instilling religious and moral values such as Integrity, justice, compassion and responsibility. The main obstacle faced is the ability of students to memorize and internalize these values consistently. Therefore, a gradual approach and teacher role models are important factors in the success of this program.
